At EzVIP, we aspire to make your event experience as easy and convenient as possible. The Terms and Conditions listed below are designed to provide you with the information necessary to ensure that you have a smooth transaction while using our site and trouble-free access to your purchased events.
Please take a moment to read the following: The admission tickets and/or bottle service purchased on this site are processed by EzVip.com on behalf of the affiliates presenting the applicable event. By purchasing admission and/or bottle service on this website, all users agree that they are entering into a binding agreement with EzVip, which requires their strict compliance with EzVIP’s official Terms and Conditions. After submitting your final order, you are deemed to have provided your digital signature on an agreement with EzVIP, the applicable terms of which are set forth here and below. Any disputes related to and arising from your transaction with EzVIP shall be governed by Florida Law with jurisdiction vested exclusively in the courts of Miami-Dade County.
All sales through EzVIP are final, including service charges, taxes, and any additional fees, all of which are non-refundable. After EzVIP processes your order, it cannot be cancelled. Before making your purchase, we urge you to confirm the venue, date, and event you wish to attend. Thus, EzVIP will not issue refunds or exchanges due to inclement weather, natural disasters, family or medical emergencies, unexpected travel delays, or any other circumstances beyond EzVIP’s control, or otherwise unrelated to your purchase from EzVIP. Remember, all sales are FINAL without the prior purchase of insurance. Instructions for purchasing insurance can be found on: www.ezvip.com (provide exact link).
If, under the unlikely circumstance, the event for which you purchased admission tickets and/or bottle service is cancelled, you will receive a refund equal to the purchase price paid aside from applicable service charges and fees.
If you encounter a problem at a particular event, or are otherwise dissatisfied with the service provided by EzVIP, you will have two business days to file a complaint with EzVIP. All complaints must be filed by email to: customerservice@ezvip.com. Please include your name, the event for which you purchased admission and/or bottle service, and a brief description of the circumstances underlying your complaint. Failure to request a refund during the two business day period as provided above constitutes a complete waiver of any opportunity to receive a refund. As EzVIP is committed to providing exceptional service and an unforgettable event experience, all refunds are discretionary.
Additionally, venue management personnel not employed by EzVIP will have the discretion and the unrestricted right to refuse entry to any customer for any reason. If a customer is refused entry, EzVIP may or may not issue a refund based on the terms and conditions listed above. Failure to comply with the rules of a particular venue and engaging in disorderly conduct are grounds for entry refusal. The venue and talent for an event are subject to change without prior notice, neither of which are grounds for a refund. Every venue reserves the discretionary right to restrict or limit alcohol consumption without regard to pre-purchased bottle service from EzVIP.
It is up to you, the customer, to understand the above Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions as listed here will supersede over all oral statements and or representations.
